The provision of mandatory data is strictly functional to the execution of the services requested by the user.
Art. 1.2 – Optional data:
Profession, Fax, Mobile, VAT Number *, Tax Code *.
* Mandatory in case of purchase of products / services.
The optional data can be supplied at the user’s discretion and are used by Blumatica S.r.l. in order to offer a better service.
Art. 1.3 – Other categories of data processed
The www.blugdpr.com site use log files in which information collected in an automated way is stored during user visits. Information gathered:
- internet protocol (IP) address;
- type of browser and device parameters used to link to the site;
- Internet service provider (ISP);
- visit date and time;
- web page of the visitor’s origin and exit.
ART. 2 – Legal basis of treatment

ART. 3 – Purpose of the treatment
Personal data, provided directly by the interested party and / or collected through the compilation of forms (available on the websites managed by the companies of the Blumatica Srl group) or paper forms (order forms, registration forms for events and exhibitions, etc.), are processed for:
- purposes of providing the services requested by the Customer or available on the portals managed by Blumatica S.r.l. (software / platforms / services, selection of personnel, training) and conclusion of the contract of which the interested party is a member;
- administrative and accounting purposes related to service contracts; any refusal to allow the processing of data implies the impossibility of using the service offered by Blumatica S.r.l. and requested by the user.
- sending technical and commercial information through newsletters;
- business contacts from Blumatica and partner companies (telephone, direct email, etc.); gifts, trial, educational material and training offered or promoted by Blumatica S.r.l. or authorized agents / dealers / partners.
Consent to the indicated treatments c), d) and e) is mandatory in order to use the products and services offered free of charge by Blumatica (Software such as “Pythagoras”, online services such as “Data Certa”, “Electronic invoicing”, Assistance technique, etc.). Any services activated for free (software, services, access to databases, etc.) can no longer be used by the user himself who, therefore, undertakes to uninstall them, deactivate them and in any case not to use them; Blumatica, at its sole discretion, may also proceed with the deactivation of these products and services.
ART. 4 – Communication, diffusion and disposal
The data may be communicated and / or disclosed to the companies of the Blumatica S.r.l. group, to our sales network.
The data relating to the contract and service activity can be communicated to commercial / technical consultants for administrative and accounting purposes and to lawyers for possible management of disputes.
The data may be transferred to:
- Owners of resold products;
- Entities or third parties in order to comply with a contractual obligation (issue of training credits, qualifying certificates);
- Business or technical sponsors of company events.
The subjects referred to in points b) and c) are disclosed from time to time at the time of purchase / accession.
The data are not subject to disclosure, except for the data of companies and companies for the purpose of commercial reference and of legitimate request by the judicial authorities and only in the cases provided by law
ART. 5 – Place of treatment
The collected data are processed at the headquarters of the Data Controller and at the web Hosting datacenter. Web hosting, which is responsible for processing data, processing data on behalf of the owner, resides in the European Economic Area and acts in accordance with European standards.

- request confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him / her (right of access);
- to know its origin; receive intelligible communication;
- to have information about the logic, the methods and the purposes of the processing; request the updating, rectification, integration, cancellation, transformation into anonymous form, blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those no longer necessary for the pursuit of the purposes for which they were collected;
- in cases of consent-based processing, to receive their data provided to the holder, in a structured and readable form by a data processor and in a format commonly used by an electronic device;
- the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.
The interested party also has direct access via the web to their data through their access codes (“Username” and “Password”). In this way, the User can integrate, modify or delete data, at any time and without intermediation, independently and under his own responsibility. Through the same interface the user can manage the reception, the periodicity and the content of the information provided by Blumatica.
